Cheribundi packs up to 50 tart cherries into each 16.9 ounce bottle. Cheribundi Tart Cherry Juice isn’t from concentrate, and is created with a process designed to get the maximum phytonutrients out of the super fruit. Those little red balls of cherry have been shown to aid in sleep, restore energy after a workout, and are full of anti-oxidants. Each bottle contains two servings, which I of course finish in one sitting. Good thing they are good for you!
They are obviously a little tart, and use Stevia instead of sugar to take the edge off the tartness. I love how there was such a wide variety of complimentary flavors within the sample box, and I’d be hard pressed to choose a favorite, but I’d probably have to go with the tart cherry cranberry refresh. The refresh line has a variety of fruits with the cherry (blueberry, pomegranate, etc) as well as a variety of tea flavors (black tea, green tea, etc) which are great for grabbing on the way to work outs.
For those who don’t know, the cherry harvest goes into swing in July. I will be using Cheribundi in a variety of recipes until then, with this Cheribundi Martini up first!
